What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
None from browsers of the website. Our server logs will record your IP Address and those leaving comments will enter an email adress. When ordering from us or installing esa Product Manager, as appropriate, you may be asked to give permission to read/write to your online store and setup eBay account(s). We require these details so esa Product Manager can process your account with us. Whatever personal details you choose to share in your online store will also become available to us including name, address, email and phone number.

We collect information from you when you when you enter information on our site and/or subscribe to our service.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you install our App, make a purchase, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We use regular Malware Scanning and/or employ a service to protect against outside threats.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
